Sale purchases count, including orders placed during our Black Friday sale. Gift voucher purchases and orders paid using gift vouchers also count. There is no minimum spend.

Ordering more than one item in a single checkout gives you one entry. If you place another eligible order during November, you receive another entry.

Promotion terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Saltwater Leisure Pty Ltd, trading as Saltwater Picnic Co, ABN 92 681 908 421, of U6, 3 Grosvenor Pl, BROOKVALE NSW 2100.

These terms govern the Ultimate Summer Prize Pack promotion. The prize list and key dates above form part of these terms.

2. Who can enter?

Entry is open to individuals who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of their eligible purchase.

The following people are not eligible: the promoter’s owners, directors and employees; anyone involved in conducting or administering this promotion; anyone involved in managing a business benefiting from the promotion; and the immediate families of those people.

For these purposes, immediate family means a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling.

The winner must provide an Australian delivery address for the prize.

3. Promotion period

The promotion runs from 12:00 am AEDT on 1 November 2026 until 11:59:59 pm AEDT on 30 November 2026, inclusive.

The order time recorded by our online store, expressed in AEDT, determines whether an order falls within the promotion period. An order placed within that period does not need to be dispatched or delivered before entries close.

4. Eligible orders and automatic entry

Each eligible order placed through saltwaterpicnic.co during the promotion period receives one entry, regardless of the order’s value or the number of items purchased.

An eligible order is a genuine purchase made by an eligible individual for which payment is accepted, including payment by gift voucher or an approved payment provider. Sale items, gift voucher purchases and orders paid using gift vouchers are included.

There is no minimum spend and no limit on the number of eligible orders an individual may place during the promotion period.

An eligible purchase is required. There is no additional fee to enter, and product prices will not be increased to cover entry. The usual purchase price and any ordinary order delivery charges still apply.

Entry belongs to the individual who places the order, rather than the recipient of a gift. Orders placed with stockists, other retailers or other websites are not included.

No separate entry form, promotional code, social media follow, review or newsletter subscription is required. If you prefer not to participate, contact us before the draw and we will remove your entries.

5. Order changes, cancellations and invalid entries

Unpaid orders, test orders, fraudulent orders and free replacement orders do not qualify.

If you cancel an order or receive a full change-of-mind refund before the draw, the entry associated with that order will be removed. A partial refund does not remove the entry if an eligible purchase remains.

A refund or other remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law, or a cancellation by us because we cannot fulfil your order, will not remove an otherwise valid entry.

We may request reasonable evidence of an eligible purchase, age, identity or Australian residency. We may exclude an entry where we reasonably establish that it is fraudulent, involves tampering or does not meet these terms. An administrative error by us will not, by itself, invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

6. The prize

There is one prize and one winner. The prize is the complete Ultimate Summer Prize Pack described above, with a total recommended retail value of A$2,050.00, including GST where applicable, as at the start of the promotion.

There are no separate runner-up or bonus prizes. The winner receives every item listed in the pack.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, or transferred to another entrant. Only the items expressly listed are included; any additional props or accessories shown in promotional imagery are excluded.

If an advertised item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, any replacement will be of equal or greater value and will comply with applicable law, including obtaining the winner’s written agreement or regulatory approval where required.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights or guarantees.

7. How the winner is selected

The draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEDT on 4 December 2026 at U6, 3 Grosvenor Pl, BROOKVALE NSW 2100.

The winner will be selected using a computerised random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn. The first valid entry drawn wins the complete prize pack.

This is a game of chance. No skill is involved, and entrants do not need to attend the draw.

The chance of winning depends on the total number of valid entries received. If a drawn entry is invalid or its entrant is ineligible, another random draw will be conducted from the remaining valid entries.

We will retain a record of the entries, draw and result.

8. Winner notification and announcement

We will notify the winner in writing by email using the details supplied with their order, no later than 8 December 2026. We may also try to contact them by phone if a number was provided.

The winner’s name and Australian state or territory will be published on this page on 9 December 2026 and remain available for at least 28 days, subject to any legally required restriction on publication.

The winner may be asked to provide reasonable information needed to verify eligibility and arrange delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to contact and identify the winner.

We will never require payment to claim the prize.

9. Prize delivery

We will arrange standard delivery of the prize to the winner’s nominated Australian address at no charge. Items may arrive in more than one delivery.

Where the winner is readily identifiable, the prize will be delivered or otherwise transferred to them within 28 days of the draw, unless a different arrangement is lawfully agreed in writing.

If we cannot identify or contact the winner despite reasonable efforts, the unclaimed prize process below applies.

10. Unclaimed prizes and redraw

The initial winner has until 5:00 pm AEDT on 4 March 2027 to respond and claim the prize. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner before treating the prize as unclaimed.

If the prize remains unclaimed, or the winner cannot be identified or contacted after reasonable efforts, we will conduct a further random draw at 12:00 noon AEDT on 5 March 2027, at the original draw location, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any required regulatory approval or direction.

The redraw will use the remaining valid entries, excluding entries belonging to an original winner whose prize has lawfully been forfeited. The first valid entry drawn will receive the prize.

Any redraw winner will be notified in writing by 9 March 2027, with their name and state or territory published on this page on 10 March 2027 for at least 28 days, subject to any legally required restriction on publication.

A redraw winner has three months from the redraw date to claim the prize. The same verification and delivery provisions apply.

If no winner can be found or the prize remains unclaimed after that process, we will publish an update on this page and deal with the prize in accordance with applicable law and any regulator’s directions.

11. Personal information and publicity

We will use relevant order and contact information to administer this promotion, check eligibility, conduct the draw, contact the winner, publish the result, deliver the prize and keep legally required records.

We may disclose information to service providers or prize suppliers where reasonably necessary for those purposes, and to regulators where required by law.

Automatic entry does not subscribe you to marketing from the prize brands or change your existing Saltwater Picnic Co marketing preferences. Any new marketing subscription requires separate consent.

The winner’s details will be published as described above. Any additional publicity, such as photographs, interviews or a social media feature, will be optional and subject to separate consent.

12. Fair administration and changes

We will administer the promotion fairly and in accordance with these terms and applicable Australian laws.

If an event beyond our reasonable control materially affects the fair conduct of the promotion, any necessary change, suspension or cancellation will be subject to applicable law and any required prior regulatory approval. We will publish any permitted changes on this page and take reasonable steps to notify affected entrants.

These terms do not allow us to remove valid entries or reduce the advertised prize simply because fewer orders are received than expected.

13. Questions and disputes

Please contact penny@saltwaterpicnic.co with any question or dispute about your entry or the promotion. Include your name, order number and a description of the issue.

We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms prevents you from contacting a relevant regulator or exercising your legal rights.

14. Social media

This promotion is run by Saltwater Picnic Co. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

Information supplied to enter the promotion is provided to Saltwater Picnic Co, not to those platforms. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from claims relating to the administration of this promotion.
